Processing Time & Price Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

Shipping&Handling

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

– Processing Time: 2 – 7 days* (in regular seasons) or more depends on holiday seasons.

– Shipping: We use flat shipping rate of:

• Standard Shipping: First item: 9.99 USD. Per additional item: 6.99 USD
• Express Shipping: First item: 21.99 USD. Per additional item: 15.99 USD. With this delivery package. We will prioritize processing your order first. The item you order will be prioritized for production. And we’ll use the shipping company’s highest delivery plan to get it to your address as quickly as possible. In addition, when you have problems related to your order, we will prioritize handling your case.

– Estimated Delivery: 5 – 15 days* (in regular seasons) excluding Sunday or more depends on holiday seasons. With the “Priority Shipping” delivery package, the delivery time will be under 8 business days. 

*This doesn’t include our 2-7 day processing time.

Shipping area

We can deliver globally. However, in some special areas we are not able to deliver (restricted areas, war zones, remote island areas, etc.)

About Late Deliveries

Our shipping partners do their best to ensure you receive your package on time, however occasional delays do occur. Mdamion cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as:

• Possible Reasons for Delay
• Incorrect Address
• Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
• Severe weather conditions
• International customs procedures

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.

Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. However there is a 72 hour wait list for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.

Mdamion is NOT RESPONSIBLE for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

We reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.
